How to Download and Connect
Click the button above to download the version that matches your device. If the file doesn’t appear right away, it’s likely in your Downloads folder.
How to open your Downloads
- Windows: Ctrl + J
- Mac: Command + Option + L
- Android: Ctrl + J (Chrome)
- iPhone/iPad: Safari → Downloads
Install the SOS App
Once the download finishes, open the file, it will be named something like SplashtopSOS_Win_v3.8.2.0_XSHSWYJ34L3K.exe.
Instructions differ between browsers. In Edge and Chrome will click on Open File.
Share the 9‑digit code produced by the app to allow your technician control of your device.
Once the session is over, close the SOS app, your technician will no longer have access to your computer.
